They are all-natural, preservative free, gluten free and contains no MSG. Each 1 oz serving offers an incredible 9 grams of protein, 0 carbs, 33% less sodium, 65% less fat and 40 less calories– definitely a delicious and satisfying snack to “squeal” about. Our serving size is 1/2 ounce (about 1 cup when puffed). Spread pellets onto a paper plate. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds; however, time may need to be adjusted up or down due to microwave age or wattage. If some of the pellets don't puff up all the way, or if a few burn, adjust the time up or down by ten or fifteen seconds. They don't make any noise as they puff up. Can be oven baked and air fried at 450 degrees for approximately 5-8 minutes.
