Description
Spread thick across a toasted, crusty baguette, sautéd with white beans and kale, topping a roman style pizza, or folded in to fettuccini and clams, ‘Nduja’s rich flavor keeps us coming back for more. This unique Italian-style salami traces it roots back to the Calabria region in Southern Italy, where the pepper bearing the same name is grown. Because of its high fat to protein ratio this salami remains soft and spreadable even after the drying process is complete making it not only an excellent charcuterie option, but a fantastic cooking ingredient as well. Spicy salami spread - 12x4 oz pieces per case.
