This "hello" door hanger comes in two sizes 12" and 14" The back layer is cut from 1/4" MDF and is painted black then sealed. The top pieces are laser cut from 1/8" White board and sealed. It will include the bow as shown and the floral picks as closest to the picture as possible. There may be slight variations depending on availability of stock. There is a rope on the back for easy hanging. Although these door hangers have been sealed, they will weather more quickly if they are not under a covered patio.
