Giusti - 1 Silver Medal Italian Balsamic Vinegar of Modena MODENA BALSAMIC VINEGAR – Crafted in Modena using the finest must of cooked grapes and wine vinegar, this balsamic is refined in oak barrels with the addition of traditional balsamic vinegar from centuries-old casks. VERSATILE – 1 Silver Medal, Medaglia d'Argento, is beautifully balanced with a rounded acidity, making it ideal for pairing with salads, vegetables, stews, sauces, and a variety of dishes. IGP CERTIFIED – Certified by the vintners of Modena and Reggio Emilia, this balsamic vinegar is named after the 1 Silver Medal it earned at International Fairs in the 19th century. HISTORICAL DESIGN – The bottle features the first label, designed in the early 1900s, highlighting the prestigious awards Giusti has earned over the years. It comes in a distinctive cubica design bottle.
