Here, pure wild raspberries are marinated in 96% neutral alcohol (macerated), and the entire batch is distilled after a few days. The alcohol does not come from the fruit, but is added in its entirety. The beautiful fresh raspberry aromas come out very intensely, beautifully pronounced, fresh and clear, very aromatic.
