Chistorra is undoubtedly one of the quintessential gastronomic icons of Navarre. Appreciated for its pleasant taste and aroma, it is made with pork, paprika, salt, and garlic, without any coloring or preservatives. Available in sweet and spicy. Grilled or fried, it is ideal for enjoying as an appetizer. It is the star product of Embutidos Hortanco, as evidenced by the awards won in 2010, 2016, and 2018 with the Third Prize and in 2012 and 2014 with the FIRST prize at the Navarra Chistorra Contest, as well as the Best of 2024 in the Land and Sea category at the Gourmet Selection fair in Paris. It is part of the IGP Chistorra de Navarra.
