Great product but poor packaging and communication. Bottles arrived wrapped and bubble wrap and tossed into a cardboard box. One box was returned to sender before it even arrived to us for damage. Other boxes arrived ripped up with olive oil bottles falling out. I was short bottles and had to reach out to them to send replacements for the items UPS returned. They shipped the items that were returned however the bottles that were missing they will not replace. Will not reorder.
