Fold the disc into an “8” shape. Position the extraction ring outward and insert the disc into the vagina. Place above the pubic bone and adjust the ring toward the navel. Wear for up to 12 hours and enjoy daily activities without worry. Remove gently using the extraction ring. Rinse with cold water, wash with warm water and neutral soap, or use Femi.Eko® disinfectant spray. At the end of the cycle, sterilize by boiling for 5 minutes or using a sterilizer.
