Many products came defective, some of the candles stickers where falling off, some of the lids wouldn't come off, white dust on many of them, the art of the incense burners where scuffed/ scratched

The majority of this order had to be replaced twice. The quality of the items were not great, and the statues continued to arrive damaged. The chakra incense sets are not the best quality either. The discs were often poorly cut with smeared paint and overall faded packaging. The customer service was quick to rectify. Maybe it was a batch issue, and not everything is like this. I still have incense that cannot be sold due to quality issues despite this being the second replacement batch.
