The product is good. But the Service is horrible. Will never order from them again. The top on the licorice says red Licorice, when you open it, the product is the assortment. When I placed the order Faire gave shipping dates, they changed it. I emailed them and it took days to get an answer. Sent 36 large cans of licorice in one flimsy box. One container the lid was folded in half and opened.

There is no expiration date on Licorice and because of the packaging (no air tight packaging) they got hard. I lost a lot of $$$! I had to pull all of the licorice because they were hard as a rock. For the price I expected better.

Licorice is a good seller and tastes great, would have given 5 stars but this year they stopped selling the sours individually (says out of stock) which apparently they are not, because they are instaed making you purchase it in a trio gift set wich costs $2 more per licorice and the box just gets thrown away ( just a waste! ) go back to individual sour sells. Also if you message them with a question no one ever responds! Really wish they would sell some of there other products wholsale.
