100% whole grain. 16% fiber. All natural. We still bake our crispbread following the original family recipe used when the bakery was first founded in the 1920s. We have retained its simplicity and original, natural ingredients - Swedish whole grain rye flour, fresh water from our own spring, yeast and a pinch of salt. Nothing more, nothing less. Our crispbread is made from 100% whole grain rye flour, using the rye grain and the husk in the baking process. The husk, the outer layer, is packed with healthy fiber, and the crispbread contains 16% fiber, vitamins and minerals. The classic Swedish way to enjoy crispbread is to spread it with butter and top with a thin slice of cheese, but cream cheese with a little piece of ham and a slice of tomato tastes just as good, or then there's egg, salami, avocado - or why not try them all and decide which one you like best?
