Whole olives of the Leccino variety grown in Italy and aged in Castelvetrano in Sicily. These olives ripen to dark purple, fleshy in size with a fleshy texture. They are ideal for pasta sauces, side dishes, in salads and as appetizers to savor and share. These olives have been seasoned by hand in brine.
