Mini Adjustable flat spreading board for mounting winged insects. The mini board was created as a teaching device for a butterfly spreading class. The bolt can be loosened to allow the two sides to slide and tightened to snuggly hold the insect in place. The top is covered in 6mm of EVA Foam. Base is lined with 6mm EVA for pinning the body into place. Each side is 2.75" wide by 4" long and will accommodate most Lepidoptera.
