Gin 42° Castelgreve Castelli del Grevepesa cl. 70 Gin Castelgreve comes from a carefully selected combination of traditional gin botanicals and Tuscan botanicals, growing since centuries in the amazing Chianti region. In the mouth you can easily feel the fine resinous note of Tuscan juniper, followed by a marked citrus note given by the traditional Florentine lemon “Femminello” and sweet orange peel. The bouquet is spicy, caressed by black pepper and elegant Mediterranean nuances of thyme and sage. Castelgreve Gin dry comes from a careful selection of botanicals that have always been present in our wonderful Chianti landscape. During the tasting, the fine resinous note of Juniper is immediately perceived, followed by a strong citrus note conferred by lemon peel and sweet orange. You can recognize the spiciness of black pepper and the elegant Mediterranean nuance of thyme and sage.
