Our Tuscan Wild Boar Ragù is made using ONLY wild boar meat, collected in Tuscany, purchased in pieces and ground by us, expertly flavored with traditional herbs such as rosemary, sage, bay leaf, and juniper; then sautéed with vegetables, top-quality tomato, and Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil.
