Very disappointed with this company. The items I received were poor quality — they use cheap transfers that don’t last. Just like others have mentioned in their reviews, I didn’t even get everything I ordered. They marked my order as “shipped” but never actually sent everything, and then completely stopped responding. I’ve messaged them multiple times over several days asking for my tracking number with zero response. Would not recommend.

After completing a quality control check on the products I received from you I was very surprised and disappointed about a few things. When they arrived, the shirts are much smaller than shown in the pic. The transfers were peeling off of the fabric right out of the box. So we repressed to fully adhere to the fabric. We washed them. This is what they look like now. I’m not sure if I should void my current order in process for fulfillment. I am very disappointed because it’s a great design.
