If you wish to keep it on your shelf this way, simply date all product for 10 weeks from the date you receive it. 2)    Frozen -- You may freeze some/all of your fudge and store frozen for up to six months.  When you are ready to stock, simply leave at room temperature overnight.  Please date all thawed product for 8 weeks from the thaw date. You may use a combination of both options to help manage your inventory!
