After several years of partnership, we are highly disappointed to report a failure in service. We placed a time-sensitive holiday order for only 40 candles months in advance. On the delivery date, the owner informed us that our order could not be fulfilled. The reason given was a decision to prioritize new retail orders over our established, pre-booked order. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and reliability, causing significant disruption during our crucial holiday season.
