Chara is a blend of Catarratto and Insolia, a wine with great personality, a fresh reinterpretation of traditional Sicilian white wines. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Denomination: DOC Sicilia Production area: Grisì - Monreale (PA) Grape variety: Catarratto 50%, Insolia 50% Soil Type: Clay Raising System: Backrest in Guyot Vineyard extension: 40 Ha Vineyards per Hectare: 4,500 vines/ha Production: 80 quintals/ha Production Technique: Selected harvesting of grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature (15 - 16°C). Aging in stainless steel for 6 months. Aging in bottle 60 days. TASTING NOTES COLOR Straw yellow with elegant green reflections SMELL Fruity with notes of broom and peach PALATE Fresh, fruity and harmonious Serving temperature: 12°
