Born from the collaboration between Projet JERA and Pascal Leonetti, Best Sommelier of France 2006, this is a unique whisky. Made from a Grand Cru Grain & Malt composed of 85% grain and 15% malt, aged in Sauternes wine casks for a minimum of 4-5 months. Non chill-filtered and with natural color, each numbered bottle reflects exceptional artisanal craftsmanship. Nose: Camphor and balsamic scents blend with orange blossom. Aeration reveals notes of cereals, apricot, fresh fruits, coconut, and bourbon vanilla. Palate: A soft attack, with aromas of orange blossom, fresh fruits, coconut, bourbon vanilla, highlighted by balsamic and camphor fragrances. Finish: Long, marked by apricot, coconut, and bourbon vanilla.
