A kiss of cane sugar gives it a glossy touch. With 50% less sodium than the big brands, Silky is like satin on the tongue. We recently started carrying this Classic Soy Sauce in our restaurant’s retail section and it has been a massive hit. The quality of this sauce is obvious as soon as you taste it because it is made with whole black soybeans instead of the typical yellow ones. It has a much deeper and richer umami flavor that totally changes the game for cooking. It is versatile enough for everyday cooking but special enough to be a standout product on our shelves. Highly recommend!
