Porthole: Brut sparkling wine This sparkling wine is an equal part blend of Vermentino and Chardonnay. This “charmat” method sparkling wine is a product of non Southern Tuscany tradition, revisited in Maremma style. Excellent as a starter, it is perfect with fish based dishes. TECHNICAL DATA SHEET GRAPES: 50% Vermentino 50% Chardonnay VINIFICATION: Slow fermentation process at low temperatures with lees contact, bottle aged for 6 months. A fine perlage for a delicious aperitif. Produced with a blend of Vermentino and Chardonnay in equal measure, this charmat method sparkling wine interprets in Maremmano style a product outside the tradition of southern Tuscany. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes perfectly with fish dishes. TECHNICAL SHEET Grape varieties: Vermentino 50%, Chardonnay 50% Vinification: Charmat method.
