The malt unfolds delicately giving sweetness and body to the beer, while the hops balance everything with a subtle bitterness, creating a perfect harmony between sweet and bitter. The gustatory complexity develops further thanks to the use of caramelized malts which give the beer light toasted nuances with a subtle dry aftertaste. On the palate, the body is medium, as is the carbonation, which gives freshness and dynamism to the beer. “Papavero” goes perfectly with traditional Sila cuisine. In fact, it is perfect to accompany meat-based dishes, such as pork ribs or succulent steaks, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and typical regional dishes, such as Calabrian sausage and Nduja. It is also a great companion for delicious chocolate-based desserts but also dried fruits.
