After a great conversation with Chester's we were excited to bring Chester's in as a new treat/supplement. Once part of our order was delivered communication stopped and we had to file a report with Fair to receive the rest of our order. Package is not the same as on site, and a literal handful amount the price point has left us questioning.

Chester’s shipped an extra Cornbread Parmesan Cheese dog treat as a sample and when I opened it the contents were moldy. I opened the other six I had ordered and all were moldy. I suggested in a message that they recall this batch (all same lot number). Haven’t received a response. Hopefully they recall the entire batch so no dogs become ill.

We received bags with treats one week ago and they're already molding. We had to pull all of them and sending back. Very disappointing.
