A highly prized gin subjected to a patient aging process and obtained from a selection of excellent raw materials. Barley grown on the Collesi estates, pure water from Monte Nerone, and seven botanicals: juniper berries typical of the Apennines, sweet and juicy Marchigian sour cherries, wild rose, and Italian orange and lemon peels. The ingredients, expertly balanced, are left to infuse in a full-strength grain alcohol base. The infusion, diluted with pure water from Monte Nerone, is then chilled to -15° for at least 30 hours, filtered, and aged in barrels for a year. The precious golden color of this gin heralds its extraordinary sensory richness. On the nose, it reveals a delicate fruity bouquet, where the freshness of lemon and orange, the delicate sweetness of sour cherry, and the dry tone of juniper stand out, along with the smooth and velvety notes of vanilla imparted by the barrel wood. Immediately after, a retronasal perception of citrus, wood, and caramel accents. Equally elegant and enveloping is the taste, with great freshness and aromatic finesse.
