It’s ceramics, things can come broken and let me say their customer service is phenomenal! Mind you I have purchase a couple hundred ceramics by now and have only had issues with a handful coming broken or chipped and they respond so quickly and are so kind. I can’t be more grateful to your team! Thank you so much your packaging is excellent, the response time to any questions is top tier, quality of products are gorgeous.

everything was packaged excellently! nothing was broken, a few minor glazing issues and small crack on the easter candle house window but overall impressed! many items were larger then anticipated will definitely order from again!
