Note: Every cup of tea will provide you with 10% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve even higher absorption. Caddy contains 85g of loose leaf tea. Flavour: A savoury herbal taste Preparation: Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve with or without milk.

One of our items (Blue Magic Tea & Unicorn Infuser) didn't come at all, and another came opened/unsellable (Gold Sugar Tins). I reached out to the company and sent photos of the opened/unsealed gold sugar tins as requested, and then no response. I messaged again asking for an update and again, no response. Their product is cute but very disappointed in the customer service.
