Lapa dos Reis Espumante Rose Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the Terras de Sicó region. Lapa dos Reis Reserva do Branco is a Portuguese white wine from the Terras de Sicó region. Fermentation begins with a thermal shock at 10°C, after which the tear is separated after approximately 48 hours. In retrospect, cold fermentation starts at 14°C for 14 days. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 months to develop its character. The elegant mouthfeel and the vibrancy of natural acidity gives it lasting freshness.
