We love this product and have had mostly positive responses. Our biggest customer complaint has been cost -- especially through a pandemic. The size of the bottles (1 ounce) is not enough to justify the SRP during a public health emergency. We also understand that the cost of making these items is not cheap, so it appears to be a bit of a lose-lose situation. We would likely purchase these again, but not during a crisis.
