About the chocolate These tea biscuits are a collaboration with Elements, an NJ based chocolate company who make micro-batches and our additive-free chocolates free from dairy, refined sugar, soy, emulsifiers and anything artificial. No Refined Sugar These Einkorn tea biscuits are sweetened with organic maple syrup, the chocolate drizzle is sweetened with raw honey.
