The store was recently re-listed after they added more description on their items. One description that wasn't there before was the country of origin for the items... and the quality did not match their description. Lots of glass imperfections, none of the detailed flourishes on glassware, and lots of items just felt cheap. Such a bummer with amazing descriptions and photography. We'll be selling things for less than MSRP to match the quality of goods that weren't broken on arrival or misstated.

I want to start this review by saying that the items I DID receive were lovely, and I would like to keep carrying them... However, it took a REALLY long time to receive them, and when the order finally arrived, quite a few glasses were broken - partially due, it seems, to how the box was handled en route, but partly also because there was very little padding in the box. Also, the "mixed colors" of one item were not really mixed, but just a bunch of only three colors, which was disappointing.
