My order from Earths Elements Wellness arrived very well packed in a box full of peanuts. I got the sage with chakra flowers/selenite/Palo Santo bundles; the 32-slot wooden crystal riser; soapstone dinosaurs; rose quartz cats; and rose quartz and tigers eye turtles. The crystal riser is a godsend in markets and the figurines have all been popular with kids and adults alike.

My display came in a box that was ripped open, and had other stuff I had purchased spilling out. In fact, some of our stuff did not arrive bc it had fallen out. The display has several marks on it from what I assume is shipping in a box too big, with too much stuff shoved in. We decided to keep it and paint the sides where the dents had been made.

Had we been notified when your order arrived in July, we would have filed a claim with the carrier to arrange a replacement and recover any missing items.
