Terrible packaging. Everything is in a very small box and wrinkled. Going to have to try to shape most of the purses. Update: Wonderful customer service. Prompt with concerns and communications. Update again: I would like to say I gave 5 stars on communication as they were very prompt in my concern and issuing a refund for the items that were too misshapen to sell. Customer service was great but I am leaving the quality of products at a 1 star because the items I received were just ok quality.
