Our Pesto Rosso Collection 130g is a celebration of the most authentic and sunny flavors of the Mediterranean, enclosed in a jar. The base of this delicacy consists of a generous amount of sun-dried tomatoes (36%), which provide an intense and bittersweet taste, and the prized Genovese Basil DOP (10%), the aromatic herb symbol of Liguria, which gives an unmistakable fragrance. These main ingredients are bound together by olive oil, which adds roundness and smoothness to the pesto. To further enrich the flavor profile, we have included Grana Padano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, two excellent Italian cheeses that bring savoriness and a slightly spicy note.
