The raspberry honey is produced by the bees from the flowering canes of red raspberries and surrounding flowering wild blackberries which bloom in our local apiaries. It is one of our finest luscious honey; sweet and mild with a surprisingly pleasing delicate hint of raspberry. It is light amber in color. Naturally raw, naturally pure and naturally delicious, this quality honey tends to granulate but is not pasteurized because excessive exposure to heat removes many of honey's beneficial healthy qualities.
