Our Pomegranate 100% Extract is made from 100% pomegranate juice and is aged in our barrel for 6-18 months before bottling. To produce the extract, pomegranates are carefully hand-scooped. The pulp, including the seeds, is pressed into a sweet and sour juice. This is then stored for 6-18 months in a ventilated wooden barrel. The result is a wonderfully fruity pomegranate extract that is internationally popular among connoisseurs. Recommended for high-quality salads and meat dishes.
