The napkins we ordered are great however it took forever to get them shipped out. When they did arrive there were items on the packing list that were not actually shipped. Then shortly after we received the order someone from the company called and said we needed to provide a credit card for payment. They did not seem to understand that when we ordered via Faire we already submitted payment via Faire. Overall the experience was such a pain it just wasn't worth it for any product.
