Sweating is your body’s natural reaction to temperature or stress. But some people sweat more than others, and everybody can agree that the sticky feeling isn’t great. In fact, it’s uncomfortable and can make us feel self-conscious. Sweat by itself isn’t necessarily what smells bad. However, mixed with foreign substances and chemicals in your clothes, it can create a strong odor that might embarrass you in public.
