The items we ordered just arrived and they are beautiful! Each item was packaged very carefully. We were missing a part of one of the items. I contacted them and they helped me make sure I didn't miss it in the packaging. When it was sure I couldn't find them, they immediately sent the items. Beautiful pottery! We will order from them again!
