Almost half of my order was unavailable so I contacted the owner to find out why / potentially cancel (they didn't tell me until right before it was about to ship) and it was the item I was most excited about. I asked why it was unavailable if the items are handmade, I was willing to find out but she never responded and that was back on Sept. 7th. The items I have received I really like, so the quality is good, but lack of communication and missing items is not great.
