Shipping was fast! We placed a large order and some of our items did come damaged. However, we reached out and they walked us through how to submit a claim via FAIRE and the amount was subtracted from our invoice. We do agree with most reviews: + Item descriptions should be a little more detailed to include sizing, warnings, food safe (or not) etc. Overall very happy with our products! We will be ordering again. :)
