Very nice products for a good price… The only problem I had was the packaging because they put everything in one big box and it was very heavy and items were broken

Immediately sent note to Kook and to Faire that we do not accept items that are on AMAZON & charged in most cases the price that was being sold for on AMAZON...no margin for us to sell. Our shop is known for quality items that are not readily available at lower prices especially on AMAZON. A 600lb pallet arrived & was dropped in front of our store blocking sidewalk & restaurant next door on a Fri. No notification, not signed for, picked up by Kook Shipping Co 3 days later. Return a nightmare.
