A hearty man's Ham Steak! This choice Center Cut Country Ham is approximately 3/8" thick, with bone-in come in 1lb packages. The rim of fat will allow plenty of juices for "Red Eye" Gravy! These thick cut country ham steaks are perfect for a main entrée. Broadbent's Uncooked Country Ham is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. The shelf life is 3 months outside of refrigeration. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of this product, we recommend refrigerating it for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected, and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.
