I rarely write reviews but I had to for my experience with Earth Harbor. The products I purchased were high quality and packaged nicely, but what I was really impressed by was the communication and response time to questions and additional assistance. Their customer service is outstanding. As a professional, I have worked with many brands and reps and Earth Harbor offers big business pricing and quality product but with a small business mindset of attention to detail and each customer mattering

I’d like to mention personalization is everything Earth Harbor reaches their customer with beautiful packaging, glass bottles, wonderful natural scents, quality product and even a sweet personalized note. I originally ordered from this company for the gua sha tools, but decided to try a few products. I hope to be re-ordering soon.
