The products & team at Lovett are fantastic. On my 2nd order I accidentally ordered refills instead of the full product. They reached out to check with me if that was correct or not since it was easy to accidentally choose the refills. When I got pucks of shaving bars & not the tins, they very generously sent me tins on request. We've gotten a really good customer response to these products & it's a great addition to our apothecary section. Thank you guys!
