We roast our Piquillo peppers with beech wood and peel them without water to preserve all their flavor. We cut them into strips and roast them again in a special macerate. As a finishing touch we dress them with extra virgin olive oil. The result is a sweet pepper with a more intense Piquillo flavor. In addition, with only 6.5% fat.
