Bourbon Barrel Honey tastes so good that you will be putting it on everything! We don't age our honey in barrels, but instead use tiny oak cubes from a barrel to infuse in our honey. The flavor experience of bourbon tones and oak tones (a little smoky) is mind-blowing! Many of our honeyloves use this to glaze their salmon, add new and exciting flavor to their charcuterie board, make sauces, or just pour in their tea, toast, and biscuits.
