If I had one complaint it would that they only ship pallets. And the shipping cost is CRAZY! They did their best and worked with me and in the end I was very happy. I will definitely order from them again!

The Welcome Sign is a top notch company. Everything we received was stunning. There is a longer lead time, however this is because our items shipped freight.

A month to ship to me. I received a message telling me they would not be shipping one of my trees as it would double their cost in shipping. Message after message asking when it would ship story after story for an answer. When I told FAIRE that I no longer wanted the order, it finally shipped. It was painted with the thickest white messy paint. It took me hours to sand to make it look more presentable and not like a child had painted it. The design and wood quality are nice

As stated in previous review... Items were poorly packaged & the majority of order was damaged. The candlesticks were all manufactured crooked and the birdhouses were poorly stained and were not quite like photos. Risers had issues with legs. Corbels were nice! Would love to order again as I like the merchandise. But packing and quality control is an issue. Very friendly when contacted. If I'd had time to wait for another damage free order, I would have returned. Opted to repair.
