Immediately sent note to Kook and to Faire that we do not accept items that are on AMAZON & charged in most cases the price that was being sold for on AMAZON...no margin for us to sell. Our shop is known for quality items that are not readily available at lower prices especially on AMAZON. A 600lb pallet arrived & was dropped in front of our store blocking sidewalk & restaurant next door on a Fri. No notification, not signed for, picked up by Kook Shipping Co 3 days later. Return a nightmare.

These products are really well made, sturdy, and lovely. My customers really like coming in and seeing the new items, and beginning their own Kook collections. Many of them have compared the bright ceramic loveliness to Fiesta ware, but more affordable, and just as high of quality. I think that's a pretty big compliment!
