Unfortunately, one of the worse buying experiences I've had on Faire. The products have so much potential, but the communication and timely processing/shipping has been terrible. My order finally shipped out somewhere around 5 weeks late, in which I got one single reply from the seller despite my numerous attempts to reach out for an update.

The products are great, however vendors communication is terrible. I messaged twice with no responses at all. Products did not ship on time and were about 2 weeks late with no explanation. When I messaged for updates, I never got replies
